Skating, like all recreational activities, should be done by persons who have previous experience or training in this activity. As it is possible that an accident could occur either through ones own misadventure or that of another skater and the risk of such must be assumed by the ticket purchaser or parent/legal guardian of the underage skater prior to going onto the rink. Skating lessons by a qualified coach is highly recommended.
Roller Revolution highly recommends the use of personal protective equipment during skating activity. This is available FREE to hire at the skate hire desk. Wearing protective equipment will greatly reduce the chance of injury due to a fall/collision. Roller Revolution accepts no responsibility for injury caused by a fall/collision.
Persons using their own skates and equipment are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of such, and Roller Revolution cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage or injury caused by such skates and equipment to yourself or a third party. Roller Revolution reserve the right of admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Roller Revolution representatives staffing the event.
The consumption of alcohol is advised against, prior to skating or whilst intending to skate. Anyone who is visibly intoxicated and/or deemed to be a potential danger to themselves and/or other skaters will be asked to leave the rink.
The owners and management of Roller Revolution will make every effort to reduce the risk of accidents through control of speed and behaviour of skaters.
Our staff should be entitled, at their sole discretion, to stop skaters from any misconduct in the rink. Customers should beware of their own safety as well as the safety of others.
All customers enter the rink at their own risk. The owners and management of Roller Revolution shall not under any circumstances be liable to customers or any third parties whether contractual, tortuous or otherwise for loss or damage to tangible property or death or injury to such customers or third parties however caused.
